Since we at HD saw Lisa Waud of Pot&Box last, hosting a very special make station at DUCF in December at our Friday night preview, she’s been leaving a trail of petals from coast to coast, touring with her completely inspired Flower House project tour  and all the while keeping alive her other projects back home. Lisa’s (now fourth annual) VLNTSDYMRKT is simply a blast and a great kick-off to the indie craft show circuit at the top of the year here in metro Detroit! 

It’s trim and slim this time, being only Friday night this year, February 12th 6-10pm at the Jam Handy in Detroit, located at 2900 E Grand Blvd. Drinks, food and good cheer is in the works, and a showcase of some of the busiest and talented artists and makers in Michigan.

So whether you want to shop with some friends to surprise your sweetie, or make a weekend out of it and choose some lovely gifts together we hope you join all of us at this fun show! Bethany and I will be there with our respective businesses and will be bringing along some Handmade Detroit oversized scarves and DUCF 10 long sleeve tees keep you cozy and totally in fashion ’til Spring!
