It’s back! This weekend is the 4th annual People’s Art Festival at the Russell Industrial Center on Clay in Detroit. If you’ve never been to the festival, it’s a huge free event featuring bands, fashion, crafters, artists and food. Check out our recaps from the 2009 PAF and 2008 PAF.
