We had a great time at the annual Green Cruise in downtown Ferndale this weekend. With the focus on making our world a greener place, we had some very eager crafters wanting to show off their green pride!

You can be a green crusader at home, too. Simply measure a rectangle of fabric, with the bottom being wider than the top, that best fits your little crusader. Then cut out a “U” to make two skinny strips on either side. Decorate to your heart’s connect, let dry (if necessary), and then tie in a bow or knot around the crusader’s neck. Voila!
