Honestly, listening to podcasts is a rare thing for me. They just don’t excite my creative nerve as much as listening to a plain old record does. Or, if I’m honest with myself, I don’t have the attention span to devote to them. That being said, CraftyPod proves me all kinds of wrong. I like the way they do things over there. It’s not just a podcast, it’s also a blog of resources and ideas. And best of all, the topics are unique.
So questioning my anti-podcast stance, I decided to Google other ones
(I mean, it happened with YouTube this summer. I was all, I hate you YouTube. And then I found episodes of Pingu I had never seen and suddenly I was at my computer at 3 a.m. watching that Gap kid dole out fashion advice.)
… and man, I was right. I know we’ve talked about Brini Maxwell in the past, but do you know she has a podcast for NPR? I didn’t! Hooray!
Now I’m addicted. Send me your favorite crafty podcast links, kids!
