Our collaboration with the fine folks over at CouncilC continues today with an interview with Molly Mast. Click the graphic to check it out. Make sure to show those CouncilC-ers some love while you’re at it — they are constantly impressing everyone over here.
And while we’re on the subject of interviews, you may have noticed a new blogger around these parts. Please welcome Alicia to our blogging family. She has undergone rigorous training and a lengthy approval process* and as such, she will be taking over Project Crawl Thursdays. (She even wrote her own this week!) She will also be interviewing makers and other handmade-ly-interesting people for this blog on an ongoing basis. The first of these interviews is to appear very soon with Melissa from April Fool Handmade.
*In other words, she expressed interest and I said “Hell, yes.”

Other things we can’t keep to ourselves:
+ The Detroit Urban Craft Fair Web site has been updated with a temporary page. Check it out in all its ready-for-your-bookmarks-now glory! And I’d be remiss not to mention that we’re getting a lot of help from Dan of Red Card Design and Ethan of the Detroit Craft Mafia with that site — so big thanks for their work! (And don’t expect that to the be the last time I name drop them.)
+ Next week is going to be a BIG ONE for us. We’ve got lots of things coming your way concerning Handmade Detroit and the craft fair and you … so keep checking back with us here and at the MySpace site.
Happy Making everyone!
