Last-minute no-sew Christmas stocking

Can’t find your stocking from last year? Need a new one? We’re here to help!

I always give my parents a stocking filled with candy for Christmas. I found these red felt stockings at Joann’s last week that were not only cute, but were also half off. Did I mention these were inexpensive stockings?

I took some leftover fabric I use on my dish towels that I’d already backed with Wonder Under. Remove the backing and place on the stocking. Using an iron on the warmest setting, press firmly on the fabric. Repeat with other colors, shapes, etc. Let the stocking cool for a minute (that’s a hot iron you were just using!) before hanging.

You could do anything with these stockings, from adding ribbons and bows or actually using fabric paint pens. I made two extra for myself and hung them up in my apartment:

Just make sure you load these stockings up with treats!
