Changing roles

Former Mittenette, and snappy designer, Melissa Stajda is changing roles with her company, April Fool Handmade. According to her web site, Sept. 1 will be the last day her online April Fool shop will be in existence. Take a look:

“After much though I’ve made a big decision: on September 1st, 2006 April Fool Handmade will close its shop doors for good. I’ve been creating under the label “April Fool Handmade” for 2 years now and I’ve enjoyed every bit, but it’s time for a change. With the launch of my new project, What You Make It, it means an increased workload, new opportunties, and new interests for me. So I’ve decided to re-organize and prioritize in my life.”

Good luck to Melissa on her new projects. Make sure to keep posted to her new site for all the latest and greatest from this Detroit lover.
