Over on our MySpace site this morning, Sarah sent word that Arts & Scraps is having a big sale this weekend. (Thanks Sarah!) If you’ve never been to Arts & Scraps, well, it’s great! It’s the sort of place that you might dream about — an oddball assortment of things just waiting to be made into other things. It’s the sort of place where you can fill a grocery bag for a few bucks. Plus they have this great “tool shed” with die cutters, bookbinders and more and all the profits from their shop go to helping children’s programs. Ah, a warm fuzzy feeling.
Details about the sale from their site:
“1/2 Ton of Fabric Sale!

1:00 to 1:00 $7 a full grocery bag
1:00 to 3:00 $5 a full grocery bag

$1 donation for our educational programming appreciated.
